All files are distributed in zip format. You will need WinZip or another utility to extract them.

 

It is possible to create FIAMODEL for states not listed here. However, the
FIA regional offices have to know if the public is interested in other
states. If you would like FIAMODEL for a state not listed here,
then express your interest to the appropriate FIA regional office at
(http://fia.fs.fed.us/).
Tell them you want FIAMODEL made available for
your state(s) of interest and include our Web address
(http://forest.mtu.edu/data/fiamodel/).

Arc View projects may be downloaded for available states by filling out the form below.

The above metadata files are contained in each model distribution file as of 08/01/2001 and need not be downloaded separately.

(Note that ArcView GIS is necessary to utilize the Fiamodel files, but it is not provided with the data)
